Wedding Details:
- The Service: Performed by Kris King
- The Ceremony: Outdoors at 4:00 on the terrace of Soaring Eagle Lodge (weather permitting). If the weather does not cooperate the ceremony will be held inside in the Soaring Eagle Hearth Room.
- The Reception: To immediately follow the ceremony and will be held in the Soaring Eagle Lodge Hearth Room. Please join us for dinner, drinks, and dancing.
- The Honeymoon: Still researching, however, we will most likely wait a year or more to take our trip. In the meantime we will probably spend a couple extra days in Snowshoe after the wedding as a “mini-moon.” ;)
Life at Snowshoe is like nothing else!
Winter, summer, spring or fall -- there is always something to do! Ski, hike, or bike on the many trails around the mountain. For those who prefer water - kayak, canoe, or tube down the winding river or spend some time floating or boating on Shaver’s Lake. Take time to explore the shops, bars, and restaurants in the village just a short walk away from the Soaring Eagle Lodge. If you crave a bit of history, take a ride on the Cass Railroad located at the foot of the mountain. No matter what time of year you come and visit, and no matter what you do, you're sure to make happy memories at Snowshoe!
